their customers greatly and are cooperating with us to assist you with your
repair needs.
- The customer needs to get their camera fixed and the retailer need
affordable solutions to satisfy their loyal customer base.
- Customers send their broken cameras to Southern Photo Technical Service
with a copy of the proof of purchase and copy of the RepairTech Warranty
certificate.
- Southern Photo examines the camera equipment and documents to insure the
equipment qualifies for the warranty services needed.
- Southern Photo contacts and negotiates a repair cost settlement with the
retailer at substantially reduce cost to the retailer to reduce their loss
and the customers loss.
- The equipment is repaired by a qualified Authorized Service Center and a
new six month repair warranty is supplied by Southern Photo, and the repaired
equipment is returned to the customer to enjoy with the peace of mind that
all repair work was done by qualified repairman and warranted for six
months.
